Things to Know Before Your Stay

We want your time at Halfmoon Camp to feel effortless. A few things worth noting before you arrive:

Personal transportation is recommended. The West Glacier area and Glacier National Park are best navigated by private vehicle. Ride-sharing and taxi services are limited in this region. For winter visits, we recommend a 4WD or AWD rental vehicle.

Seasonal considerations. From mid-April to mid-June and from mid-September to mid-December, some local restaurants, shops, and activities may operate on reduced schedules or be temporarily closed. Our concierge team is happy to help you plan around seasonal availability — simply reach out in advance of your arrival.
